Excellent quality product. Came undamaged and so far is working fine. I love the ability to put my wrist/arms in the sling if I do not want to strap it around myself. This also allows me to control the pressure it is putting on me. I can pull down for more or let up for less pressure. I would recommend this product and this Seller. No issues. Arrived quickly to the USA, less than 9 days.

A great massager! To be honest, I was skeptical when I bought it. But when I tried it, the first time I felt real relief from neck pain. The feeling that a person is massaging you does not leave. And additional belts allow you to direct the effect of the massager to different areas. Works 10 minutes and then turns off. One charge is enough for four courses of 10 minutes. Then you need to recharge. I like this massager very much, I will order another one for a gift. Definitely recommend

I had read very good comments about this massager but it is even better, it is very well built, it is comfortable and very effective in my case that I wanted it to de-contract the upper part of the back and the neck and it is wonderful, I will try it in other areas and I will put comments again. The product below the picture is this product, and it is not actually used because it is not put on the neck on a similar top. There is only led on the Heat wire, and this is directly heated. Box arrived damaged but content was fine. Came with an instruction pamphlet and usb charger cord. At first I thought it didn’t work but needed to press and hold power button for 2 seconds to turn on/off. This is the best neck massager I have ever owned. It feels like fingers squeezing me. The pressure is hard, just how I like it. The heat function doesn’t seem to work. The reverse mode is jerky, not smooth like the other direction, so I just don’t use this mode. I love that it’s cordless and a full charge will last about an hour, however, I don’t like the auto shutoff after 15 mins, wish it was at least 30 mins. I hope this last long. Overall great buy and fast shipping.
